[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Gigya - (www.) broken

To whom it may concern:

Sorry to bother you again about the Gigya ruleset - it looks like
www.gigya.com no longer has a matching certificate.

It is hosted on Akamai, but with a custom cert (Edgekey bucket:
socialize.gigya.com.edgekey.net). The cert would match the 2-level
domain gigya.com, but that domain returns ssl_error_rx_record_too_long
in https and redirects to www over http.

Thus, the proper action is to remove all coverage of (www.)gigya.com.
I am not aware of any problem with the rest of the ruleset.
