[HTTPS-E Rulesets] rules from https-finder

The www.sitepoint.com one doesn't seem to work correctly. It appears
that the site is redirecting it back to the http version of the page.
(Adding it as a ruleset could break the page by making an infinite loop).

The other sites listed seem to work.
