[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Sony (PlayStation) - clarification on earlier message

To whom it may concern:

I previously mentioned that images in some PlayStation Support
articles were redirecting to http and that the Sony ruleset was at
fault.
(For reference, the page was
https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/523/~/change-ps3-video-settings
, and a couple of the offending images are
http://us.playstation.com/csimg/ps3/shared/icn_settings.gif and
http://us.playstation.com/csimg/ps3/kbid_523/kbid523_5.jpg )

It turns out that is only accurate for the 3.x branch; there is a
separate "PlayStation" ruleset in 4.x/master.

I am guessing that the entire "csimg" folder needs to be excluded.

There are some other exclusions in
https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git/commitdiff/7586f1be6644f25fda6f15041872a8b5063aef41
that should probably be uplifted too, if they haven't already.

Sorry for any confusion, and thank you again for your help.

C. Liu
