[HTTPS-E Rulesets] 12 new rulesets

The following new rulesets have been added:
- *.adverticum.net
- arukereso.hu
- bluechip.hu
- bortarsasag.hu
- doclerholding.com
- eon-hungaria.com
- fazekas.hu
- hostit.hu
- hvgkonyvek.hu
- introweb.hu
- jumptap.com
- kreativvonalak.hu
I tested the rulesets and they appear to be working well. The subdomains
were searched for using WolframAlpha.
