To whom it may concern:

BinaryTurf (www.binaryturf.com) and GrabCAD (grabcad.com) are
redirecting to http. (The latter appears only to be covered in
development builds.)

For GrabCAD, I advise against rewriting (www.)grabcad.com to the
equivalent CloudFront bucket, since doing so would break forms that
use POST requests, such as in the registration system. (i.e., just
disable the ruleset)
