[HTTPS-E Rulesets] HTTPS Everywhere rule for LongTail breaks JWplayer

Hi,

I am using HTTPS Everywhere 4.0development.13 in Firefox 26b8 and found the
following issue:
Rule name "LongTail (partial)" breaks flash player named JWplayer that is
often used for webcams like on this site:
http://www.corona.at/erlebnis-am-berg/webcam/

If this rule is disabled, the webcam stream is displayed correctly.
If this rule is enabled, instead of a video an error is presented: "Error
loading plugin: Plugin file not found"

I hope that this information could help in improving this great add-on and
its rules.
