Dear HTTPS Everywhere fans,

I've released HTTPS Everywhere as an Opera addon:
https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/https-everywhere/. The
package and signature should be identical to the Chrome/Chromium
extension.

Since Opera is now compatible with Chromium's browser extension API's,
you can also install HTTPS Everywhere in Opera 15+ by downloading the
Chromium/Chrome extension from the EFF website.

It turns out that Opera doesn't have mixed content blocking enabled,
as Google Chrome and Chromium do, so the mixed content rules should be
turned on by default in Opera. I have a patch for this going into the
next release.
