The rules for the University of Strasbourg had a problem where
http://www.unistra.fr/ would be redirected to https://www.www.unistra.fr/

I published a fix on GitHub
(https://github.com/lamyj/https-everywhere/commit/bf7b0694efd7ecf4bab4f20356c325d5fc9e25e9):
could it be added to the current rules ?
