[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Clarifications - Thomas Cook, Gawker

To whom it may concern:

1. In a previous email, I said that the www.thomascook.com site exists
and has valid certs, so the "Site no longer exists" note is no longer
correct.
However, the site has recently started redirecting to http, so the
ruleset still needs to be off by default (if you want to keep the
ruleset in the repository at all) - just with the default_off note
revised.

2. I noticed that someone else filed
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/7243 . I recall
mentioning previously a similar problem with the comments on at least
one other Gawker site (sorry for burying it in an excessively long
email).
The problem appears to be with the coverage of api.gawker.com -
removing that from the ruleset allows the comments area to load
successfully.

As usual, thank you for your time and help.

C. Liu
