[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Should Thomas Cook be reenabled?

To whom it may concern:

The Thomas Cook (www.thomascook.com) ruleset was previously disabled
because the "site no longer exists" - however, that currently appears
to be incorrect.
I am having no problem accessing the site in either http or https, and
the domain definitely isn't parked.
