[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Fix for google.ccTLD urls

Hello all,

I had problems signing out of google because the requests were
supposed to go to http://www.google.ccTLD/accounts/ and
https-everywhere was redirecting them to
https://www.google.com/accounts/

My simple fix is committed to my copy of the original repo:
https://github.com/kargig/https-everywhere-greek-rules/commit/3a2727841de11f38c7cc507ce125ac216c8fedc9

People who use localized (.cctld) versions of google could try the fix
and see if it's working for them as well.
