[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Pinterest rule not working

Hi,

I noticed today that using the Pinterest rule in HTTPS Everywhere breaks
the "Pin it" button widget, and replaces it with a frame with the words
"Unsupported Media Type". This issue can be seen on wikiHow articles such
as http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Rangoli .
