A ruleset for BrowserID and an extended Apple ruleset should be
available at the git://github.com/galenide/https-everywhere.git
repository.
The current ruleset for HON.ch (Health On the Net) is off by
default because of issues with images being broken. At one point,
a submitted version of the HON.ch ruleset contained exclusions for
the ^http://services\.hon\.ch/docs/Country/Small/([a-zA-Z0-9_\-]+
\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+)$ and ^http://services\.hon\.ch/docs/Conf/([a-
zA-Z0-9_\-]+\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+)$ URL regexps, which was likely to do
with images that would load over HTTP but not HTTPS. Later on, it
was mentioned that broken images included such images as
<https://services.hon.ch/docs/Country/Small/France.gif> and
<https://services.hon.ch/docs/Conf/conf_mail.gif> on the HON site.
>From what it appears, the loading of images at the specified URL
patterns via HTTPS seems to work now, probably due to changes in
the underpinnings of the HON site. (At one point, the HON site was
contacted with regard to HTTPS support.) In particular, the images
at <https://services.hon.ch/docs/Conf/conf_mail.gif> and
<https://services.hon.ch/docs/Country/Small/France.gif> and
<https://services.hon.ch/docs/Country/Small/Japan.gif> seem to
work. Assuming that no images are broken at other URL patterns,
the time might come where one could consider enabling the HON.ch
ruleset.
