[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Rackspace - possible typo

To whom it may concern:
In the last rule of the Rackspace ruleset, someone mistakenly typed
"rackspacecdn" which causes the rewritten requests to fail because the
domain doesn't exist. I think this domain level is supposed to be
"rackcdn" like in the other rules.
For an example of content that is broken, see the "Featured Videos" at
the bottom of NYDailyNews articles (e.g.
https://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/health/girl-15-died-tuberculosis-misdiagnosed-lovesickness-father-article-1.1079211
). The thumbnails are supposed to have a "play" icon on top of them,
whose original URL is
http://c3074172.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/new_widget_play_overlay_small.png
(after rewriting, it should be
https://c3074172.ssl.cf0.rackcdn.com/new_widget_play_overlay_small.png
).
