Update for the Turkish Groupon website. Now it is fully secured.

To receive the coupons it redirects the users to the
"render.groupon-content.net" domain. It's not included in any
https-everywhere rules. So I don't know if it's globally used but I
included it in this ruleset. You can move it to a global one if necessary.
