[HTTPS-E Rulesets] dis.4chan.org got HTTPS, need ruleset update

I'm guessiing this is similar to dis.4chan.org in that there is some
better link to demonstrate this?
content.4chan.org just redirects to 4chan.org for me. In dis.4chan.org
Andrew was able to show that there was something to show it works. I
should have added dis to the list of observed domains and as soon as
you give me an example, I'll add this as well.
