[HTTPS-E Rulesets] 9 new rulesets

Hi, I've sent you 8 of them (in 2 parts). But you didn't add them yet. I
don't know how to use git so please add these manually. Please forget
about my previous mails. Because I updated some of them.

There are 9 rulesets, all of them are Turkish websites, 1 of them exists
in git but needs to be updated (Yemeksepeti.xml). I added securecookie tag
and secured the image files. Now it's fully encrypted.

Other 8 are new.
