HTTPS Everywhere does not rewrite requests for http://hilfe.gmx.de:
https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git/blob/HEAD:/src/chrome/content/rules/GMX.xml
Perhaps there are a lot of scheme-relative links elsewhere on GMX, which
are taking you to https://hilfe.gmx.de? If so, we could add a "downgrade"
https->http rule.
