[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Possible breakage - Imgur, Malwarebytes; clarification on Scientific American

To whom it may concern:

Just a few more things I noticed...

For Imgur, most pages (other than the login and registration pages)
now redirect back to http. Specifically, this includes pages of the
form imgur.com/a/(Some-identifier-here) at least.

For Malwarebytes, there is essentially no https support anymore except
for the store. The rule that deals with static.malwarebytes.org causes
all images/CSS/JS to fail; the forums don't appear to work either.

Regarding the last change I requested to Scientific American, there is
no need to exclude the unencrypted version of
http://www.scientificamerican.com/media/cover/current.jpg ; just
rewrite it to https://www.scientificamerican.com/media/cover/current.cfm
also. The rule would begin with https?:// ...
