Plantronics.xml notes:
* Website always redirects to www.
* Even after deleting this website's cookies and only loading the HTTPS version, 1 of 11 cookies has the secure flag set: "JSESSIONID". Forcing the secure flag does not break anything.

AMCTheatres.xml notes:
* Website always redirects to www.
* Even after deleting this website's cookies and only loading the HTTPS version, 0 of 7 cookies have the secure flag set. Forcing the secure flag does not break anything.
* Website refers to one external unencrypted resource, segment-pixel.invitemedia.com, which *can* be accessed with HTTPS, but there's no ruleset for it; and interestingly, the homepage itself (invitemedia.com or www.invitemedia.com) cannot be accessed with HTTPS.

1984.is.xml notes:
* Website does not redirect the www. in or out. However, the homepage always directs to (https|http)://1984.is/ or (https|http)://1984hosting.com/.
* Even after deleting this website's cookies and only loading the HTTPS version, 0 of 5 cookies have the secure flag set. Forcing the secure flag does not break anything.

Xiph.org.xml notes:
* added git.xiph.org
* trac.xiph.org does not set the secure flag for its 1 cookie, but wiki.xiph.org sets it for all cookies. Forcing the secure flag does not break anything.
