[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Brightcove (crossdomain.xml needs exclusion)

To whom it may concern:

Sorry, I forgot yet another thing...

Anyway, in the Brightcove ruleset, an exclusion for (the exact URL)
http://admin.brightcove.com/crossdomain.xml appears to be needed.
Without it, the video players on (e.g.) www.newscientist.com appear as
nonfunctional blank white spaces. With it, the videos appear to
function normally.
