[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Mistake in my last email (roger.ucsd.edu)

To whom it may concern:

Regarding my previous email which includes an updated version of my
UCSD submission, it seems that roger.ucsd.edu recently "renewed" their
cert, and it no longer covers www.roger.ucsd.edu.
The fix is to remove $1 from the "to" field of the relevant rule,
causing the domain with www to redirect to the one without.

Sorry I'm still busy with schoolwork and don't get everything right
the first time. Thank you very much for your help.
