[HTTPS-E Rulesets] PrivatePaste: Allow HTTPS for arbitrary subdomains

Hi list,

The PrivatePaste website has a wildcard SSL certificate and accepts
arbitrary subdomains, e.g. https://pgsql.privatepaste.com/
But the ruleset doesn't currently handle custom subdomains. Here's a
fix for that.
