Hi The Doctor,

Thanks!  I'm going to incorporate most of your suggestions soon, but I
wanted to point out that at least two relate to rules that we already
have in our development tree at

https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git

We already have a rule for Hacker News, and we also already have a
rule for CCC (although that rule is disabled by default, because CCC's
sites use CACert, a CA which is not included in Firefox by default).
