Which seems important, though nobody has made a start on working out what
the problematic request is or how we could fix this yet.

Subject: Udacity breaks with HTTPS everywhere

Hello, I've noticed that when trying to access the CS373 course materials on udacity.com, the page breaks, it gets stuck on "Loading...". It only works when I disable rules for YouTube (the page uses YouTube embedded videos for the lectures).
I'm not sure if you can fix it though, as you'd need to be signed up for the course in order to access the relevant page - so if you need any additional information (and are interested in fixing this problem), I'd be happy to provide any help.
