Hello,

I have created a rule that enables AES-256 bit HTTPS encryption for
WIPmania.com. This site, the publishes of the World IP Firefox extension,
allows the user to query various domains and IPs for their location and
identity using a variety of tools. I have tested the ruleset under both the
stable and latest dev builds of HTTPS Everywhere on the different sections
of the site and must report that everything works perfectly. The xml is
