It would be awesome if someone could dive into some of these video-embedding
bug reports and trying to see whether we can close them all:

I bet several of them are actually the same bug. If we can't fix them with
ruleset edits I was inclined to imeplement an <exclusion onpage=""> feature
for rulesets (https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/6200), but
that's going to cause trouble if Chrome ends up switching from the
WebRequest API to the Declarative WebRequest API...
