[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Bug with blip.tv videos

I saw this too. The problem is that the blip.tv servers are not
accepting https connections. Going to https://blip.tv results in "Unable
to connect" errors. The must have shutdown their https server or moved it.

I also tried https://secure.blip.tv and the such, with no success.
