[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Please Remove or Disable ReadWriteWeb Ruleset

Hi,

SAY Media bought ReadWriteWeb last year.  We have moved it server stack and
do not yet have an https server.  Can you please disable the
readwriteweb.com ruleset?  Https-Everywhere users are complaining that the
site does now work.
