I made a change to Sehirfirsati's rule such that it *should* work. 

As far as I can tell, that site doesn't use https://static.tr.*. That is
an http only address. So, I redirected that to the
https://static.sehir* .

I'm also taking out the <rule from="^http://static\.sehirfirsati\.com/"
to="https://static.sehirfirsati.com/" /> line because as of now it's
overkill. 
Unless it's inconsistent elsewhere on the site, that http url is not
used on the homepage. Correct me if I'm wrong.
