[HTTPS-E Rulesets] New rule: smjg.org

Hi everyone,

I have created a ruleset (see attachment) for a page which I frequently
visit: smjg.org. This is a quite simple ruleset as all you need to do is
replace http:// by https:// - the rest of the URLs stays the same.

I'd appreciate it, if it was included in the next HTTPSEverywhere release.
