I pulled these, but they were in the wrong directory.  The rules are
supposed to go in src/chrome/content/rules rather than at the top level
of the development tree.

Also, some of your rules have trailing slash problems -- please make
sure that the from and to parts both have a slash in the URL after the
hostname part.
