Hi;
Would you consider entering the attached file in your database? This is
new, but I looked in your existing database anyway to make sure it
wasn't already there.
BTW - your information page
<https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/rulesets> on creating these rules
states that it's been tested for version /0.9.5/. I'm using version
1.0.3 and it's working there, too, so you may want to update that page.
