Subject: Netflix queue management broken when https-everywhere is active

You cannot successfully remove an item from your Netflix DVD queue if
the Netflix option is enabled in https-everywhere. On the queue
management page you can delete the content of a row by clicking on the
x at the right side of the listing, but when you update the queue, the
item is restored rather than the row being removed. Disabling the
Netflix option in the preference list allows normal function of the
queue page.

I suggest that Netflix be disabled as part of the default
configuration of https-everywhere unless or until this behavior is
debugged and resolved.
