[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Mozilla rule breaks recaptcha on blog.mozilla.com

This bug is definitely mozilla's (to confirm this, disable HTTPS Everywhere
and then manually visit that page via https).  

Is anyone motivated to file a bugzilla.mozilla.org ticket about it?
