This patch adds support for insight.youtube.com. It will encrypt URLs
like:
http://insight.youtube.com/video-analytics/static/ifp/spinner01.gif

It does not, however, fix the more critical issue which is the fact
that this very useful rule is disabled! Seth, any updates? Should we
enable it now?
