[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Rulesets for HON, Kotex, decdna.net, CRM Metrix, updated Google APIs/Mookie1.com

Attached to this message is a gzipped archive that contains the following
rulesets:

* A ruleset for the www.crm-metrix.com and crm-metrix.com domains.
* A ruleset for certain subdomains under the decdna.net domain.
* An updated version of the GoogleAPIs ruleset with support added
for URLs that start with the http://www.google.com/afsonline/
pattern.
* A ruleset for the HON (Health On the Net) site. Note that there
are a few images that do not load under this ruleset - for example,
at the URL <https://services.hon.ch/cgi-bin/confevent?aff2+CONF11755>,
the images at <https://services.hon.ch/docs/Country/Small/France.gif>
and <https://services.hon.ch/docs/Conf/conf_mail.gif> may be affected.
>From what one remembers, attempting to use exclusion patterns in the
ruleset did not fix the issue (among other things, the images may be
referenced via relative URLs.) In addition, one remembers that using
rules to redirect the HTTPS URLs to the HTTP versions did work, but
the HTTPS Everywhere extension may not officially support HTTPS->HTTP
redirections as being valid.
* A ruleset for the kotex.com, www.kotex.com, and dare.kotex.com
domains.
* An updated ruleset for the Mookie1.com domain that adds support for
the dna1.mookie1.com domain.
