FWIW, I didn't specifically go looking for this. I visited
http://surveymonkey.com/ from a link someone forwarded me, and "HTTPS
Finder" alerted me to the fact that there might be a https version:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/https-finder/

So I built a ruleset.
