[HTTPS-E Rulesets] ruleset submission for Good.net

[Paxos]

That seems to work fine.

From the documentation on the eff.org site, I couldn't tell if the
regex matched just the hostname, or the entire URI.

Thank you for your help.  Please incorporate your suggested change
into our submitted ruleset.
