[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Microsoft (portions) does NOT work on HTTPS (Remove from 1.0.0Dev)

Ok I seem to have found out why it was doing that.

It was because of Atdmt.com rule which was forcing the Microsoft URL to be
HTTPS even though we did not want it to.

I edited that rule, and now it works as expected.
