[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Bittorrent, BlackHat, LibreOffice

I'm not sure if my rules are properly written, so don't hesitate to check
them.

bittorrentdotorg.xml is for bittorrent.org
blackhat.xml is for blackhat.com
libreoffice.xml is for libreoffice.org

I also attached some rules about websites which could not be useful for
everybody :

jappix.xml for jappix.com (french social network based on XMPP)

...rules for the two RHIEN (french network of community web-hosts) members
which propose full https encryption :

iceherberg.xml for iceherberg.fr
legtux.xml for legtux.org

These rules will probably not be selected for the HTTPS-Everywhere plugin,
but it was just to say that these communities do a lot for freedom of speech
and decentralisation by providing independent web-hosting, so if you know
similar associations which are more worldwide-oriented, you may consider to
add them.
