[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Rule for PlanetRomeo / GayRomeo

Hi there!

Please find the rule I've created for PlanetRomeo / GayRomeo (a gay
social network site) attached. It's particularly important to encrypt
traffic for this site for users in regions where it's not legal to
have gay sex. Although the site has slightly sexual content, it would
be great if you could add it to your rule repository.

I've also checked the existing rules and it doesn't exist yet.
