[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Google Anomaly

Hi All,

I am a user of HTTPS-Everywhere (HEW) addon. I appreciate the work that goes into maintaining this very useful addon. Today I noticed an anomaly with google.com custom searches. Some sites have incorporated google as their search engines. Though HEW works well on most of them, I came across a site where it is not working. This is the relevant URL which does not get rewritten to HTTPS protocol --
