[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Status of HTTPS support on Wikimedia Foundation projects

To whom it may concern,

I would like no longer to be CC'd on discussions regarding the
Wikipedia ruleset. Despite what the frequency of my submissions may
suggest, I am generally busy with schoolwork, and I would prefer not
to be given special responsibilities regarding HTTPS-Everywhere
rulesets.

Again, I greatly appreciate all your hard work.
