[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Rules for LinkedIn, Transavia, Air Berlin and Canal Digitaal

Hi all,

Here aare some rules I created. The current LinkedIn (minimal) doesn't seem te work. Also do not mix up Canal Digitaal with scandinavian Canal Digital.
