[HTTPS-E Rulesets] [HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS Finder - Finds HTTPS sites while you browse + Automatic Rule makery

While HTTPS Finder looks like a useful tool, I still feel it is meant
for developers.
Promote HTTPS Finder among those who want to participate and help is
seems to be a good idea. May be even on
https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere ? Something like "You can help us
test forthcoming site support and new features by installing the
development branch of the extension. You can also install HTTPS Finder
extension to help as find more sites that support https."
