On Sunday August 14th, the following URL worked fine if HTTPS-Everywhere
1.0.1 was disabled.

With HTTPS-Everywhere enabled the primary text content was missing but the
page heading and left panel menus were present.

As of today August 21st, HTTPS-Everywhere is blocking the page because of an
expired security certificate.
