[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Update for Google-rules

Hi,

Google has updated/changed the search. The link to the image results 
from the normal results 
(https://encrypted.google.com/search?hl=en&q=test+picture) broke a few 
days ago. The addon still forces SSL while Google Images doesn't support 
SSL. The update fixes this issue.

The rule to be added (to Google.xml):
<exclusion pattern="^http://(www\.)?google\.com/search.*tbm=isch" />

I have attached the updated xml as well.
