[DC-Trade] Reminder Comments on the DCTI Background Paper

Dear All,

There is less than a month to go until the inaugural meeting of the
Dynamic Coalition on Trade and the Internet, which will be on Tuesday 19
December at 10:40am in Room XII-A. We have shared a draft background
paper, which is open for comments

till next Monday. While this is not a consensus document, we are hoping
to present a final version that has been signed off by the members of
this group. Request members to send in their comments by end of this
week. If you would like to be given the editing rights on the Google doc
so you can make edits directly please reach out to Jeremy or me.
