[CSS-research] CSS Patent filed by septier

[Cooper Quintin]

A colleague of mine came across a CSS patent [1] that was recently filed 
by the Israeli Surveillance company Septier. I skimmed it and there 
doesn't really appear to be anything we didn't already know about how 
this technology works but perhaps others should take a look, I admit 
that my eyes tend to glaze over while reading patent documents.
